Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the cosmetics division in alignment with overall company goals.

Identify market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities to maximize sales growth.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.

Set clear performance expectations, provide mentorship, and foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners.

Work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.

Revenue Growth:

Drive the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals for the cosmetics division.

Implement effective sales tactics, promotional activities, and pricing strategies to optimize revenue generation.

Market Expansion:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to expand the company's market presence.

Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to launch new products and capitalize on emerging trends.

Performance Analysis:

Implement and utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to analyze and measure sales team performance.

Regularly report on sales metrics, market trends, and competitive activities to the executive team.

 

Responsibilities

Position Overview: We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales to oversee and enhance our cosmetics sales operations in International Market and UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, someone who worked at a producer or distribution company and managed to build distribution of cosmetic brand in Emirates and other countries (international experience is obligatory) managing key client relationships and leading a high-performing sales team. The person should be pro-active, entrepreneurial, with good management skills as supposed to build the team. Better if a candidate knows in person people in retail, buyers he can approach. Experience in Ecommerce is a plus point.

Deep knowledge of cosmetic market in UAE and other countries is an advantage.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Director in the cosmetics industry.

Strong understanding of cosmetic products, market dynamics, and industry trends.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.

Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Experience in managing and nurturing client relationships.
